On section Evo 3d General search for binux-project's post about it and you'll find his aroma script which lets you flash the steroscopic bootanimation on everyrom.

On the 0.1 i've got right now on my phone voice calls work perfectly!

not tried on this rom but how i managed to dual boot every other sense 3.5 and ics rom was to
nand backup
full wipe
flash new rom, go threw setup ,make nand.
load previous nand then dual boot the new nand backup.
its a pita to go threw that much hassle but it worked for me .
