Me too. Well, sort of. I could install (full wipe and format system partition) cm-10.1-20130106-NIGHTLY-everest.zip without any installation errors.
However, problens became clear right after reboot:
- The home soft button (the one in the middle) doesn't work.
- There is no button in the slide down system menu to open the titles page, only notifications are shown.
- Terminal FC.
- Browser FC.
- The entire system runs slowly.

I needed to roback to CM10. Any help?
I had the same problems, now I flashed 20130107-NIGHTLY... noted the following changes:
- The home soft button takes me home now. :)
- Same issue persists.
- Same issue persists.
- Browser is functioning now.
- This nightly is a bit more zippier.

Hope the quick settings pull down gets rectified soon, happy with the rom otherwise :)

I had similar issues on my first flash (wingray, after wiping all). Wiped again, and now it's all OK, except terminal FC. Can't say it's slower than CM10 though.

WRT notifications / setings, I'm sure you're aware that notifications are on pull down from left, settings on pull down from right? On my first flash, the settings tiles wouldn't pull down. Again, on the 2nd on, it works fine.

I'm starting to like this new UI anyway. I'm a leftyu, and was always hitting back/home by accident... Now I'm not!

I installed twice with full wipe and no luck. The second time after full wipe 3 times in a row and installed the zip file, I reinstalled it again just in case. Nothing helps. Very weired.
In my case, pulling down from right didn't do anything, just pulling down from left, which shows the notification pane.
I hope someone can tell me what I did wrong so I can try it again.

The quick setting panel will drop down if you pull down the notification tray first.

Made the leap today to the latest nightly on my Xoom (wingray) really pleased so far. A few minor niggles but for a nightly very stable. FYI nothing from Zeptolab runs I.e. no cut the rope or pudding monsters (much to my 3 year old's chagrin) Mediocre apps work well so at least Daddy didn't break Ganny Smith.

The swipe-like keyboard isn't working, the speech to voice engine crashes on boot, and reminds you of the fact, repeatedly.

I haven't tried any of the heavier games but so far so good. Just a quick question, if I may, I had to install the team rogue recovery as my SD card was not seen by cwm, will the cm updater work with this recovery? If not any recommendations for an alternative, or will i need to update manually in recovery with the usual wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache etc?

Use TWRP recovery. You can flash it via Goo.im app.

That was surprisingly easy! Thanks.

But unless I'm doing something wrong it installs fine but the CM updater doesn't work.

Just by way of an update none of the heavier Gameloft games work either. The terminal crashes on start-up if logcats would be helpful at this early stage, happy to oblige.

The CM updater gets the path wrong to the internal data partition. It'll reboot into there, and then you'll have to navigate to /cmupdater and install the zip. I've never got the CM updater to work on TWRP, Rogue or any other recovery I've tried. Just one of those things, I think!

I get the feeling that the old CM10 problem of running out of space on /system is causing all these problems with FCs / tiles not showing, etc.

I uninstalled terminal emulator from the system partition, then installed it to data from the play store, and it works fine. Running df I get 348k free space on system. So, that means that before I uninstalled terminal, it was completely full up.

I'm using gapps 121212 (from goo.im), but this is obviously no good. Will reinstall system, and use EOS gapps, as they fixed it on CM10 - see if that sorts it...

OK, have installed EOS gapps, and now have 33Mb free in /system.

swipy keyboard now works.
terminal still doesn't, nor does a number of games, as before.
photosphere doesn't, but I don't know if it worked on the official gapps.

So, slight improvement.
EOS gapps are here, if anyone wants to try: http://goo.im/devs/teameos/roms/eos4/gapps/gapps-jb-20130105-EOS-XOOM-ONLY.zip

Bug or feature?

If the Xoom is in the dock the volume is always maxed and I cannot adjust it. Am I missing a setting?
G+ doesn't work too (network failure after account selection).
Otherwise great rom! Finally my kids cannot mess with the settings :)
Thanks

I appreciate that I'm probably talking to myself here!

Right, I've used an experimental version (20120107), found on Steady's G+ page (posted by Takazumi Matsumoto), which has some OpenGL patches (I'm not going to link to it, but it's easy to find).

Using the above experimental version, and EOS Gapps, everything works - games, terminal emulator, swipy keyboard, settings drop down, etc. You may get away with not using EOS gapps, which is what I'll try next, but for the time being, happy it's all working!

No, I'm listening. Thanks :) Does it fix the volume on the dock issue?

A few quick updates & notes:

-Stingray nightly is fixed and should kick off in the next round of builds
-OpenGL is fixed in the nightly (was causing issues with some games, etc.)
-We recommend that wallpaper quick render be turned on in settings/launcher/homescreen
-Link to EOS GApp's now located in the OP (thanks team EOS!)
