Yes, I think so. CM7 doesn't even compile on my system anymore (Arch Linux). The U8150 had a good run... we all had fun and learned a lot. Now I'm working on the U8185, some Samsung tablets, and then "real" work

why does my volume becomes distorted when i get a call.? is anyone having this problem too..? otherwise music works fine before but after i get a call the same audio distortion thing which we had comes again.

Actually this device may be very old, but i've fun with this device. Now i'm running Lewa OS and that port use C8500 Rom. But for original source that use U8150 port.
Not popular device but a lot of fun

I don't know if on this build the recording function is ok, but on the last official nightly it's ok!

FYI

ROM Manager downloads section under Octavio uploads area has CWM Recovery 6.0.1.2 for Ideos U8150 which properly backs up and restores ext-sd partition used by Link2SD and others so swapping ROMs is effortless.

I had the same problem, i'm not sure this is the right thread to discuss those nightlies though.
I'm back to the Stable build, which seems to leave more "free space" then the newer nightlies.

I had the same problem.

The status bar keeps crashing on the cm-7-20120930-NIGHTLY-u8150 build (as for the other problems, I didn't have the chance to verify them).

As for the crashing status bar on the latest CyanogenMod 7 nightly builds, an user suggested me a solution:

[...]if you want to flash the 30-sept rom with a working notificationbar, replace SystemUI.apk(olderrom.zip->system>app) from another rom (16 sept. rom for example) and put it in the 30 sept. rom.zip -> system -> app.

After that you can flash the 30 sept. rom.zip with a working notification bar

Only problem I've had has been random reboots. Have more or less fixed that by putting the following line into build.prop

ro.ril.disable.power.collapse=0

Seemed to fix the screen not turning on sometimes too.
