I have already installed 2 times already wiped cache, dalvik and everything was right, but only get the message:

Unfortunalety, Android keyboard (OASP) has stopped.

In short: There's no way to do anything in the system that need to use the keyboard. :mad:

I have the final build and I was wondering why;
My Wifi icon and signal icon are always grey, not blue.
I want them to be blue.
Can someone tell me how to fix this? x.x

What final build ? If you mean the M1 Release, that's far from final.
If your WIFI stays grey, that means it's not synced to Google's Servers.

Is there a huge difference in battery life compared to CM 10.1? I know there is between 4.0 and 4.1.

As far as the lag I don't notice it . as for the battery life I have to be honest it goes down freaking fast and I think this might be an issue for me . in 30 mins of just reading and typing on the note my phone lost 10% . might have to find a better ROM

Hi guys,

for anyone that have problem to download the latest nightly ROM (unable to download the update file), i have fixed this problem.

This was the error:

Code:
I/ActivityManager( 6917): Displayed com.cyanogenmod.updater/.UpdatesSettings: +291ms
D/PhoneStatusBar( 7004): addNotification score=0
I/DownloadManager(17274): Initiating request for download 127
I/DownloadManager(17274): Initiating request for download 127
D/dalvikvm(17274): GC_EXPLICIT freed 958K, 79% free 2599K/12288K, paused 6ms+5ms, total 39ms
W/DownloadManager(17274): Aborting request for download 127: [B]while opening destination file[/B]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: [B]/storage/sdcard0/cmupdater/cm-10-20121004-NIGHTLY-maguro.zip: open failed[/B]: ENOENT (No such file or directory)
D/DownloadManager(17274): cleanupDestination() deleting /storage/sdcard0/cmupdater/cm-10-20121004-NIGHTLY-maguro.zip
D/dalvikvm( 6917): GC_EXPLICIT freed 2539K, 41% free 16616K/28035K, paused 4ms+11ms, total 117ms

You must create a folder "cmupdater" in /storage/sdcard0 (create it with root explorer or any other file manager).

Then retry to download the latest nightly rom.

Regards,

-w-

Didn't work for me :/
Also I can't view pictures in gallery, it shows black pictures, and QuickPic keeps showing an error on startup.

    Official nightly build of Cyanogen Mod 10 Rom for Galaxy Nexus

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    cm9-logo1-31172_238x238.jpg

    Code:
    #include
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.

    What are Nightly build ? : auto compile build from the CyanogenMod github, each time there are new corrections on it.
    This version change each night, and aren't support officialy, if you find bugs/issues you can/must discuss here.

    There are no Google Apps bundled with CM ROMs, because Google asked Cyanogen to remove copyrighted apps from his roms,
    after flashing rom don't forget to flash Google Addon package if you want it.

    Instructions:

    First time flashing CyanogenMod 10 your device, or coming from another ROM?
    1. Root the device and install ClockworkMod Recovery. Instructions are available here.
    2. Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
    3. Format the system, data & cache partitions of your device.
    4. Perform a factory reset.
    5. Flash CyanogenMod.
    6. Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.

    Experience issues? Please provide the following info to our bug tracker:
    • If the device was hard reboot, please provide the file "/proc/last_kmsg".
    • If the device was soft reboot or is "bootlooping", please run a logcat and provide the full output.
    • Please use Pastebin when possible.

    When it's ready and not a moment sooner. And like EddyOS said, do not ask for eta!

    Irrc, they're working on a WiFi bug before starting official 10.1 nightlies for our device.

    Oh come on. I hate it when everyone starts joyfully repeating: "rule #1, don't ask for eta lalala" yet, you answer what that person was asking. Its OK to ask among ourselves, its not directed to cyanogenmod team.. Besides they barely answer here. Its just asking for others opinion.
    I know its a rule but it seems everyone is waiting for someone to ask that forbidden question just to lecture them as teachers.
    Soooo, hope its ready soon.

    CM 10.1 Status Update

    Goodbye mr1-staging. Hello CM-10.1

    We are in the process of re-branching our repos as we had originally detailed as part of our initial status update http://goo.gl/6TXme

    Gerrit replication of the new branch, aptly named 'cm-10.1' has begun. As this process continues, the corresponding branches will be created on Github.

    What does this mean for contributors?

    Your patches against mr1-staging, if not merged as of 6pm EST on 12/12/12, will be orphaned. This does not mean they are abandoned, deleted or lost. What it does mean is that you will be required to pull down your patch to your local repos, then push it back up to gerrit against the new 10.1 branch. We advise you hold on this process until replication is completed. We will let you know when that time is appropriate.

    What does this mean for end users?

    We are nearing the point where nightlies will be enabled on a wider scale, as the device maintainers give their OK. This means you are likely to see builds come out for the Nexus family of devices and others. This new branch is also where our M-Series of 10.1 will originate from. More on that later.

    [MOD] CM10 M1 1% Battery Mod - Circle - Maguro

    I love the 1% circle battery mod that I had on my previous ROM and now that I've switched over to CM10 I decided I couldn't do without it.
