One more entry into the HTC Incredible ROM arena
For those of you that don't know me (Everyone) I tend to focus on more business looking ROM's with very little "flash" to them.
This ROM is a release based on the Official Android 2.2+ v3.26.605.1 HTC Sense ROM for the Incredible and will only work on it. It also includes the new leaked kernel 2.36.32.17
REMOVED
Most Bloatware:
CityID, Flickr, Skype, Amazonmp3, teeter, VVM, VZnav and maybe more
NOTE: Most are installable from the Market.
NOTE: There is also a full version below with the same additions and theme but nothing removed and a trimmed version with almost stock theme

Customized Rosie launcher (Thanks to deficitism and JsChiSurf),
Customized Digital Flip clock (Ported from HD Desire),
Customized Lock screen w/ music controls,
Customized Dialer & Phone,
Customized Keyboard (In addition to stock keyboard - Thanks to gIMpSTa - Enable in settings)
Colorized Icons (Based on mine plus thanks to various XDA users)
Latest Google apps from market,
Application installer,
ROM Manager,
SuperUser,
WiFi Tether,
Enhanced power menu (reboot)
DSP Manager (EQ)
Spare Parts,
Easy Answer Button (From market- Open it to enable)
Optical wake (Works most of the time)

The theme is mostly black as you can see from the screen shots.

Also thanks to dsixda for his easy to use kitchen. There are many others that were instrumental in developing some of the other stuff included in making the ROM.

Requirements:
Clockwordmod Recovery
Radio 2.x
A Full Wipe Highly Recommended!
NOTE: May flash fine over a stock Froyo 2.2 Rooted ROM. If you have problem then re-flash with a full wipe
Copy ROM to root of the SDCARD
Either use ROM Manager to install it or boot into recovery and install it that way
NOTE: Be patient on first boot since it may sit for a few minutes at the Droid Eye
KNOWN PROBLEMS
None other than "OEM provided" unless you tell me otherwise

A COMPLETE FULL MODIFIED ROM
Little by little I am adding things back in by request and came to the conclusion that I could end up with everything back in. SO, what I did was create a complete ROM with my mods and additions so you have everything from the stock leak with the look and feel of my primary ROM

A VERSION OF THE TRIMMED ROM WITH NO THEME
By popular request (1 Person ) I created a ROM identical in functionality to the trimmed version 3.1 ROM with all original graphics. Actually, the Rosie launcher and lockscreen slider are themed so the alternate launchers in post #2 can be used.
No screenshots since it looks just like the stock ROM.
