So....

Made a full wipe data/factory reset, cache, dalvik everything.

Start install ROM and it stop with an error code 7 and cannot flash the ROM

Make ful wipe again.....

2nd try

Same issue

try to reboot it and boot into the recovery but phone freeze at SONY logo.....

guess i am not lucky with your ROM Bro.... will wait for another reports from another testers......

I just tried to flash in TWRP. Only wiped data and caches before flashing. Process failed after trying to set permissions and said that the updater binary failed.

its seems z3 have a problem whit this method of updater script
