Your second screenshot shows mi camera right? How did you port it on aosp build?
Can you please share the link of the file. I badly need it as the default camera won't let me save my photos to ext sd card.

Yes firmware first then rom+ gapps root later after rom booted up and finish your set up

Is it ok to flash with latest v30 firmware or better stay with v28 as the instructions in the official website say?

Just flashed Oreo TWRP, then full wipe, v30 firmware, rom and gapps. It's stuck at boot animation since 10 minutes, is that normal? How much time for the first boot?
