Sorry I should have been more clear, what I was trying to say is if you download a OEM Stock NIE Tar from someplace like sammobile you could odin the tar without tripping knox. This has not been confirmed for the note 4 but it did work this way for note 3.

As far as this stock Rom goes you need to install it via TWRP Recovery. I will provide instructions via the main post.
