I recommend going to the viper4android thread for a thorough answer to this heavy question (these are extremely powerful apps that do a ton of sophisticated sound processing).

I believe that the fundamental difference is that the FX app is all encompassing, and is used for loudness, clarity and audio effects, while the HiFi variant is more for sound quality in and of itself.

This may be the wrong spot for this but do I need to do some work in Odin if coming from 4.3 rooted roms. I keep see NABD brought up and don't understand it.

Yeah, you need to be on 4.4.2 first. Theres a few ways to get there, check @freezas "stockish" 4.4.2 thread, or go to general and check out the NABD leak discussion. There's a bunch of other threads also, can't think of them right now, good luck.

Perhaps I'm missing something but I have a persistent notification in my status bar for 4G; Mobile toggle is set to off, as is the Smart Network toggle. I definitely do NOT have any mobile connection, despite the icon.

Otherwise, all is working well. Anyone have ideas on why this is occurring?

Edit: I resolved this, please ignore.

Installation went well, everything is running as expected. Great job @freeza!
My only question so far is that I have become a fan of the battery bar, which is available through Wanam, but no matter what I try, I can't turn off the standard battery icon in the status bar like I used to. Any suggestions?

Go to Wanam under notification panel and disable Persistent data icon to get rid of that

Now My question I can not seem to get the test labels back on the toggles I have tried the Wanam sedttings am I missing something or is it just not working at this time

You can disable this in Wanam.

Also has anyone tried theming the clock color in Wanam? It works and then will revert back to white. The battery stays the color I changed it to but the data signals, wifi and clock all go back to the white color

Yep, I found that, thanks!

I'm not sure on the labels, but then again I kinda like the toggles without the labels. I would be interested in knowing how to change this though.

As noted by @Dalek_Caan, in Wanam, under Notifications Panel, uncheck "Persistent data icon"

You can disable this in Wanam.

I'm experiencing this as well :(

EDIT: I froze Tinted Status Bar with TiBu and statusbar color changes now stick.

It was set in the rom script. It's an option in Wanam the dev gave ya without having to do it yourself. Pretty dang cool.

You can always turn it off within Wanam if you don't use it. I love having it, so I leave it as is.

Yes, I found that out after I posted. I agree, it's really really cool; the persistent icon bugs me, but that's the beauty of Wanam.

The thought that @freeza put into this ROM, along with all of the other goodies he has already provided (leaks, bootloaders, kernel) amazes me.

Thanks again @freeza !!!
