[ROM] nOproxy CM7.2 MB525 (disabled proximity sensor)

Nothing to talk about i have Defy MB525 with faulty proximity sensor so i build ROM with disabling proximity sensor :silly:

hope it help for someone who has faulty proximity sensor and want to use CM 7 or Stock GB (Android 2.3) on there Motorola Defy

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Flash froyo
2. Copy cm-7-20120829-UNOFFICIAL-jordan.zip to sdcard
3. Reboot your device in BootMenu/ClockWork
4. WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)
5. Install the cm-7-20120829-UNOFFICIAL-jordan.zip
6. Install the gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip
7. reboot

there is no difference in this rom and official CM only i disable proximity sensor so it not get hang during call

Better yet a Tutorial has it will get people actively involved which is need more I think and also you won't have to maintain anything, no bug reports etc....

You need modded sensor's lib (with this feature), if you don't know have you, just try this:
Allow disabling the proximity sensor by setting the property 'hw.sensor.proximity.disable=' to true (in build.prop)
and don't forget restart you device of course :good:

If I know right, all of Defy ROMs has this feature latest CM7/CM9/CM10 (Quarx, Maniac, Fuzz...)

I`m using this prox.sensor disable fix for every CM rom (7,7.2,9 & 10) i tried on my Defy and it`s working perfectly.
Just flash it in CWM after instaling rom and gapps.
