For Best performance
You need to clean flash the rom first
then reboot in recovery and flash the 7.0 Setting if you want with Wipe Dalvik&cache
Don't forget to fix the video and make wipe cache too

With dirty flash i found a lot of bugs and force closes but with clean install everything is fine until now
