Apparently, i lost my root
After flashing supersu v2.78, i can boot normally

try to flash supersu in recovery then reboot
reflashed system and userdata
I installed the twrp with nexus root toolkit with the root option with activating custom recovery check.
Then installed the rom, gapps and su 2.78
I reflashed system and userdata, and installed it again. It booted correctly, but it didn't come with a keyboard. So I had to skip all steps and go ahead to activate usb adb and install a keyboard by an apk. So yeah I learnt that with some roms without gapps i will have to download & install the complete package.

Okay I'm going to clarify this one more time and one time only. It's NOT just setting the permissions for the phone app. Go to Settings>Apps>Find the Phone App>Scroll down "Phone App" and select it>Choose the phone app>Profit. I found this fix on the 7.0 build and it still works. You're setting the phone as the phone app, no more crashes.i give all permission at Phone apps but after one call my phone app crash i have swipe cache and delete data but phone app crash again and again
