Well, I guess we can ask for some input from other Turbo owners, if most of them don't even use it, how would they know it's broken?

So, it is working for me too - like fast and flawless. BUT the darn thing will NOT connect to my car wireless. It has in the past, like months ago.

The tether shows up on the list of available. When I use a secure link, it even asks for the password. But when it tries to "connect" it hangs for about 15 seconds then says unable to connect. I've started and stopped both devices multiple times. Bluetooth on and off to see if that did something.

Any thoughts why won't connect to this one?

I just dirty flashed the latest 08/05 version and the WiFi hotspot is working fine now, not a single issue with it. Weird.

Yeah, I use it on everything without issue except my car......... I did the clean wipe, starting to think it is the CAR for sure.

Ok, I've got another issue, damn I'm unlucky with this phone after all.

The problem is that sometimes when I call someone they can't hear me over the phone. A restart gets it working again, but today after experimenting a bit I found out it can be fixed when the mic is turned off and on again during the call.

I'm not sure what this is all about, but I'd like to fix it permanently, how do I find what's wrong?

ROM is great. Since my upgrade from Lollipop to Marshmallow and now to Nougat, I have seen my battery life decrease and cell standby go through the roof. 40 to 50%.
Any insight?

I'm thinking the proximity sensors may be off a bit, I noticed the other day that a person that called couldn't hear me. When I looked at the screen, the mic was muted (had a red line through it), I think I touched it with my cheek while answering the phone. After touching the mic icon, I could be heard just fine...

I think it's the same as on MM, it's a bloated number that isn't really relevant to anything. bhb27 is looking into a fix, last I heard, so we'll see what he comes up with I guess.

Either way, I've got a new build going now, and will be uploading it soon and we can see if anything improves :good:

The ROM is fantastic! I usually get about 60-70% battery drain in ten hours. With moderate internet browsing. Not much video. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

After eight and a half hours my battery is at 47%. Screen time is one hour thirty five minutes. My phone sleeps after two minutes.

I've never tried it without GApps, but I don't see why it would work. Give it a shot, and if things don't work out, restore a TWRP backup :good:
