The Moto g5+ comes with an unlocked bootloader I think?
I went with the Pixel XL, it's locked, but the guy at the store drove about an hour away to go get it from a different location. That's an hour 1-way mind you, lol. It's a really nice device, snappy AF, but, the BL is locked :crying:

On a side note, my friend @Nitefire77 will continue to test the AOKP builds I make, and I can get a replacement screen for the Turbo for a mere $85. I'm just not going to buy one now, I need to have some fun with a new device :good:

I rarely reply to PMs, unless I know who sent it...

bhb has made some great improvements, but, I'm going to wait for the July "security patch" before I upload a new build. Most likely, there will be monthly updates from now on...

Regards,
Nepo

PS, I've absolutely enjoyed having this device, and building ROMs for it. From Bliss to AOKP, and all my stupid projects in between, it's been great. I really appreciate all the support from the XDA members that also own this device, you guys are the best :good:

ROM Update: 7.1.2_r24

OmniJaws weather service has been added, July security patches and overall improvements to functionality and performance. I'm told this one really Rocks!

Link in the OP has been updated, or get it Here

Dirty install should be OK, but may cause System UI to crash if you have any overlays (Substratum themes) installed. So, either remove your overlays, or clean install. If needed, you can always flash the Substratum rescue zip within TWRP, or reboot the phone, and hold Volume Up while it's booting, either will disable any themes.

Happy Flashing,
Nepo

PS, please do a clean install before reporting any bugs :good:

Yep, I just switched to this ROM from crDroid because of not being able to add or edit APNs. Installed this ROM and have the same issue. Now as the previous post, I can not turn on my Bluetooth. Yes, I did a factory reset and cleared everything while in TWRP. Did not install any gapps or reinstall any backups. I think that I will go back to CFs ROM. Never had any problems there. I do like what bhb27 has done with his ROMs. Will come back after I get things back to stock for a while

Bluetooth works fine when I first turn it on though, it's just after I turn it off that it gives me a problem. Reboot seems to fix it. June release didn't have this issue.

I noticed this over the weekend, will act normal after a reboot but if you turn off BT and back on and or try to refresh (refresh is grayed out) for scanning/discovery it can't find devices or remember paired devices unless a reboot is performed. I was paired/ pairing with a Bose sound link.

As always, great ROM. Thanks for all your work. I too am having the BT issue others have stated below. After disabling BT, you have to reboot to enable again. This is kind of a problem as I disable BT frequently to conserve battery. This is the first update with this problem. Any thoughts?

@NepoRood, this is the 2nd Nougat custom rom this guy says he cannot edit APN. @bhb27 tried to help by telling him to do clean install with no GAPPS or anything else and try to edit APN on first boot, but @jbeenemd says they are still greyed out. You or anyone have any ideas?

He wants to get away from the default "Straight Talk" APN to Verizon APN, but also make sure the correct Verizon APN has all the necessary MMS information.

Thanks Matt, I have a Nexus 6P (Angler) running ScrewdAOSP, Nougat, and also cannot edit my APNs. There's not actually a need though, because both (I only have 2) are setup properly already.

So, I'll ask a couple of my testers, @Nitefire77 and @kitcostantino, are 2 off the top of my head. Either of you guys, or anyone else, have issues with APNs?

Regards,
Nepo
