I am wondering how you can even open the device. Can you please describe the steps you have done when installing the ROM? The log is full of errors and exceptions party related to encryption (applications using an outdated mechanism to derive the keys) but also related to usbmanager and mtp service.
I suggest you to set up the device newly following the installation instructions in the OP. Do a full wipe and do *not* restore any app / data using e.g. Titanium or something else.

@danja95 that's strange because in the log I saw initialization of several laucher applications. From where do they come if they are not installed? Did you wipe data, too? Otherwise you will keep the apps previously installed. Another thing which might cause the issues: if you install SuperSU not in systemless mode you run into issues. Try to skip the SuperSU installation or use Magisk 15.3 which always installs systemless and provides SuperSU functionality, too.
The USB-Hub could cause the issues with mtp and usb so probably it would be better to remove the hub , at least until everything is set up correctly.
