Hi,
You should try a clean flash (swipe memory before flashing). I used the big file with integrated Googletools (GAPPS).
I have a LEX829, works without issues, fingerprint works also for multi-user, screen rotation works also for homescreen. See my foto from main screen with installed OS
Please try and reply if worked or not for your phone

Hello, thanks for the ROM, I have been testing it since yesterday and it is going very well.

Somee problems that I have noticed are that the battery drains a bit quickly when it is in rest, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable and it heats the cell phone a bit.

I have put my Le Max 2 as the main team thanks to this rom, I will be testing it these days to see how it performs.

Hola, todavía no puedo tener una conexión WiFi estable, la conexión se pierde todo el tiempo y la batería en modo de espera se agota rápidamente. Por lo demás, la rom es muy fluida y sigo usando el Me Max 2 como equipo principal.

Great Rom @CrisBalGreece Solves the SafetyNet issue, But the screen goes black when I unlock it and it locks again Bug is back in 2.1 , 2.0 works perfectly fine, Hope you can look into that, Thanks very Much Bro

Idk if I told you again. This is known device issue and you must make this to get rid of it for ever.
Android 10 - 11 on msm8996 devices unfortunately seem to have a lockscreen timeout bug where it can have issues processing the unlock and fail to finish unlocking before timing out and the screen turns off... But, if your lockscreen crashes back to the unlock pin screen? Then that is the user data encryption PIN issue that requires the lockscreen crash fix as it is due to the encryption footer being corrupted.
Permanently solution is to do that.

Heyyo, update on the lockscreen crashing bug! I figured out the REAL culprit! Backup EVERYTHING important off of your device, as this WILL completely wipe your userdata (internal storage). (optional) Create a TWRP backup of data. Reboot to boot...

@CrisBalGreece thanx! Very cool ROM. I have a little problem. The device does not go into Deep Sleep. I charge the device twice a day. Kernel sensor_SMD always blocks Deep Sleep.

Great job Chris, thanks a lot for the wonderful ROM. I am especially happy with one aspect; with any other custom ROM installed, I used to get very frequent USSD notifications with prepaid Airtel SIM installed in India. No application was effectively preventing this. This problem doesn't exist with your ROM.

With clean installed 2.1 ROM, I am unable to update the google chrome browser. The browser gives a notification that an update is available, but on pressing the update button, nothing happens. Secondly, the mobile backup shows the device name "pixel 5". Earlier, the backup used to show the correct LeEco Max name.

I am absolutely amazed! The LeMax 2 will be revived.
