Is the used phone I just bought already rooted with a custom ROM?

I bought a used Note 3 phone & I'm not sure it is is rooted & on a custom rom or not, how can I check?

Under the device info section it lists all this:

It looks like you are already on the newest firmware (OC5). You can check if you're rooted by looking for an app called "Superuser", or one called "SuperSu". Download "root checker" from market if that is in your apps list to verify root.

Installed from NK4 and I'm pleasantly amazed. This ROM is definitely a step forward from kitkat. I've seen the darklord S6 ROM, but reading through the posts it seems to have some issues. So I'm sticking to this one. Does anyone know if 5.1 is out for note 3?

The only way to get 5.1 is to switch to a non-TW rom like CM12.

Hey, great tar. But I need help. My "settings" icon crashes. I wiped phone and re-installed and settings still crashes. I want to modify the lockscreen, but can't do it without going to settings.

I have used both versions of the download on the first page. I am using Odin 3.07. Now that I flashed my 4.4.4 again. It shows that I am on baseband OC5. I didnt do anything to my phone before I flashed this. What can I do. Now most of my apps are not working on my phone

Try to odin again to 4.4.4 and before you boot onto the system, pull battery boot to stock rrcovery,do a factory reset and then boot into system.
