The best rom I have ever tested, regarding customization, features, customization and extra features. has much more than in any other rom including RR.

I found a problem:
When I connect the cell phone to PC USB does not appear the option to share files (MTP) I have to enter in the settings> developer> usb options.

Is there another place I can set this up?

Good rom but when i reboot the phone they're don't boot and for this "issue" i need to force the reboot and power off and then boot manually.

It doesn't reboot immediately, you have to wait like 30 seconds or so. Someone mentioned it's a SELinux issue.

Maybe you need to update to the latest stock ROM and then flash the Havoc-OS

Seems like a common bug. Please go here and scroll down to the "Known issues" title. Maybe running those commands will fix the issue.

the bug will be fixed in the next build and yes, for now I will add the fix..
