Nope and no help on any of the threads I posted in here but Reddit was at least a little more helpful. I was able to downgrade the android 10 beta stock rom back to android 9 stable and then root it and run Magisk with help from there.Have the same problem with boot loops on MSM8917 device.

Finally just manage to have Android 10 beta stock rooted. That's the only one that make it to work. If it's OK i will stay with beta untill sell it or break it.Nope and no help on any of the threads I posted in here but Reddit was at least a little more helpful. It seems this forum is not setup to help people, more to just promote dev work. However, if you also want stock pie rom rooted, let me know and I will help you.
Yeah, I really had no idea of the 2 variants. To be fair at least @raza231198 put MSM8937 in his LOS thread, I wished I saw that one instead of this one before picking this phone as my freebie. Finally just manage to have Android 10 beta stock rooted. Anyway, hate the thing that there noone, never, XDA or Youtube warned people about the differences of 2 variants.
Still waiting to see if anyone made it to fit a custom rom, any custom rom at MSM8917.
I also have MSM8917 and want to root my stock rom, what TWRP did you use in this forum?Nope and no help on any of the threads I posted in here but Reddit was at least a little more helpful. Think i will turn back to 9 stable and stay there. Spent a lot of time for its price.Yeah, I really had no idea of the 2 variants. To be fair at least @raza231198 put MSM8937 in his LOS thread, I wished I saw that one instead of this one before picking this phone as my freebie.
Would love to hear from *anyone* on status of MSM8917 support, but it doesn't look like this is a helpful kind of place. I'll DM you if I find something, please DM me if you do as well?
Used this one from Raza's files at Sourceforge. I think it's unofficial but it did the job.I also have MSM8917 and want to root my stock rom, what TWRP did you use in this forum?

It's totally depends upon you. If you want to have a pure stock experience then go for Pixel Experience and if you want to enjoy some customisaton along with stock then go for plus edition.Which version of pixel experience should I install
10 or 10 plus?

I have fixed this after some of my testers gave me logs, August update have this problem solvedHi - at first great job, I like Pixel Experience Plus probably the most.. But I am facing quite a big issue - my screen is blinking. Every like 5 seconds, display turns off and imediately on again. Sometimes it takes some time to start blinking after wake up for example but then it won't stop. Do you have any Idea what could it be? I did clean flash from Pie and everything else seems to work.. Dispay was blinking soon after flash with or without root. I have 3GB/32GB WW version.
Thanks
In logcat I see things like this - but am not really sure if there is something that can help...
