try changing kernel and check.
mostly we know it to be ROM source issue not device specific.
should be fixed in future

Don't use pbh it isn't safe . It is responsible for 5 devices getting destroyed

is it SAR? because I flash non-SAR kernel and not boot.

wifi toggle in notification bar is ablur.
remove nfc option for the convenience.
add some other gapps(gmail, youtube etc.)
slow charging issue.
