You don't need to delete internal storage. So your videos, pictures, documents, etc will remain untouched. However all your apps will be gone. Suggest you do an apk backup of all your apps and save those apks in a different folder in your internal storage or sd card.
You need to wipe everything except internal storage and sdcard.
Then you need to install the zip file of this ROM and reboot after installation is complete
Done.

If I don't install this incremental package, will I be able to get the next new updates and install them by simply restarting the device?
Also, is there any way to install this incremental package like all the other updates ?

BabluS doesn't have this device anymore and this is his last project for X00TD. Move to the UnOfficial build. That maintainer has taken over PE for X00TD.

Do not install that incremental update. Instead, move to the unofficial build. This was the last ROM from BabluS. We have a new maintainer and he has already released his unofficial build. You must clean flash the new unofficial ROM if you are on BabluS's PE rom or on any other rom.

Anyone tried the latest build (PixelExperience_X00TD-10.0-20200409-1646-OFFICIAL) ?
I came from stock 061 rom. And I am using TWRP (twrp-3.3.1-0-X00T-android09_2020-02_s061) to flash this PE-20200409 build. At first boot, the phone ask for PIN (my phone storage is encrypted on previous ROM), but when I try to enter my PIN, I always failed. I assume this is because this PE rom is using april 2020 security patch, but my TWRP only support feb 2020 security patch (as stock 061 rom is using feb 2020 security patch).
So I try to boot back to twrp, wipe my data, and reflash this rom, finally I am able to boot to PE, but my phone is unencrypted now, and when I flash magisk, it detects my phone as system-as-root. Is it normal?
Now as the TWRP twrp-3.3.1-0-X00T-android09_2020-04 build is available, I assume this TWRP will be able to decrypt ROM with April 2020 security patch, is it safe if I try encrypt my phone with this PE-20200409 build?
