I want some help, I want to switch from normal pixel experience to pixel experience plus edition without data loss. PLS HELPPP

A few weeks/months after installing a ROM it starts to get slower over time. The only way I've found to fix it is going back to stock ROM and then back to a custom ROM. It happened with different ROMs.

Any idea of why this could happen or how I can fix it?


I'm thinking it may be related to some partition, because even a clean flash doesn't work. And I have to go back to stock ROM before flashing a new ROM.

My previous ROM was Pixel2ROM. Current Pixel Experience. I had to go back to stock before flashing this.

Could you help me?

Hello!

I've installed PE A12 today and i noticed that the phone services app uses the location way too often, how can I stop this?

I will add that this service polls the location so often when the mobile network is turned on and the phone is working on it. I didn't notice this in the previous update. it is possible that the notice of use location in that case should not be displayed and it is just a temporary error

After the last May update PE12+ there isn't anymore the "broken video lines" that sometimes i had in video recording app and when posting on Instagram. So great! Thanks for fixing this
But the microphone issue is still there.

overall im very satisfied with the rom, but is here someone experiencing laggy unlock animations? how to fix it or something? Also double tap to wake doesnt work with always on.

I have this microphone bug where you can hear yourself, but also everyone that I'm calling are reporting that they hear the environmental noise more than my own voice, and nobody seems to be reporting this in the forums. calm down people, it seems infrag has found the solution with a kernel fix, let's hope for the best

Seems like a kernel issue. Infrag has indeed narrowed it down. Tried one custom kernel and it got back like stock.

Hi guys, after some months with this rom I noticed a sensible slow down of the device. Initially everything was perfect but now even the most basic animations lags and cause an horrible user experience.

Does anyone know why this happen? I am resetting my phone now, but how can I prevent this from happening in the future?

Today Infrag has just merged a fix for NFC here. Maybe it solves this issue.. because he's promoting it official.
