it's not audio feedback. When I use the speakerphone, there is no effect. Only when the upper speaker is used. It looks like listening from a microphone on windows. How can i rollback to previously version?

To be more accurate, in my end I got a bug when calling.
There is like an audio feedback from my phone speaker to the microphone.
I hear high pitch noises.
Only thing that helps is to lower the volume to minimum or hands free (headphones either hands free speakerphone).

And one more interesting observation. Even if I turn off the microphone during a conversation, it continues to work, but the interlocutor does not hear me. I hope this will be fixed soon.

I have the same problem but only on incoming calls. There is a low background noise. In an acceotable level.
I am not using stock dialler.

Only two bugs:-
1. Mic/call:
Voice quality could be better.

2. Bluetooth device disconnect, temporary fix:
adb shell
device_config put bluetooth INIT_gatt_robust_caching_client false

With unrooted phone Google Wallet works fine. Also my bank app works fine so most likely all the other too.

Can you share which GCAM release you are using? I got MGC_8.1.101_A9_GV2b_ENG.apk and it works fine, but always looking for improvements. Also, can you share your XML config file or share the Pixel 6a tunning you performed. Thanks in advance.

And set non A/W balance, Configuration as Pixel 3XL or Pixel 6A, max resolution in photos and activate HDRnet (faster than HDR+, little worse than HDR+).
Pretty much works splendid.

I noticed that on the latest PE 13 plus edition there's a bug where the music volume decreases when a notification comes, but it doesn't increase back up when the notification ends.
