What camera app are you using? Try one of the gcam mods.
I have the default camera app which is a called Camera Go and GCam 7.4.104 from here. Whenever the camera starts acting up GCam won't even open. Camera Go functions but the back camera takes low res photos. At this moment in time camera is working perfectly fine but just sometimes it just starts acting up and doesn't go away for some time. It does seem to fix itself sometimes after going through different camera modes like portrait mode, switching back and forth and restarting phone several times but it's getting quite irritating.

Camera go quality is low. Try the latest bsg 8.1 port from the same post you taken the 7.4.

I moved from pe 10 A10 to pe 11+ A11 in march after stable build came out. Been doing OTA updates since then. Most troubling issues
1. Battery heats up so much while charging i have started using a cold plate beneath while charging
2. Battery depletes down almost 200 % faster compared to A10. My idle battery takes out 10 % on average.
3. Battery heats up a lot while video chatting on whatsapp and also depletes much faster.
4. Extreme battery saver seems to have no impact whatsoever
Request to the mods: please please consider battery issues in this rom . Battery backup was the sole reason for me moving to PE + rom. I have only 1 yo poco f1. And already it shows full charge lasts : 17 hrs.

If you go back to pe10 you'll notice the same issue now happening. Then you'll realise its not the rom, its something else. That something else is lithium polymer degaradation in the battery and/or thermal paste degradation.

hello, been having issues with 11 not auto switching to Headset microphone on skype and other voice calling apps. not sure if this is one of the issues that the mixer path fix relates to but the zip from this https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/fix-in-call-echo-and-noise-from-top-mic-pocophone.3886049/ thread didnt fix it.

The google recorder app lets me slect the phone and headset mic and it sounds fine. but all other apps defaults to the bottom mic even when reinstall / redoing their permissions. just wondering if anybody had the same issue and found a solution Thanks

Any reason why the WiFi seems to "turn off" whenever my phone is locked with the screen off? It seems to disconnect, making receiving notifications from apps like whatsapp pretty annoying, and makes it impossible to use whatsapp web while connected to wifi because it keeps saying the phone may not have internet connection.

Flash this in twrp to remove camera Go. For recorder and radio, I suggest you to uninstall via adbshell if you are not familiar with twrp.
1) Connect your phone via USB
2) Turn android debugging on
3) Go to android shell using
$ adb shell
(Allow the prompt in your phone and type "adb shell" again to enter into android shell mode)

type the command

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.appname...........

(for com.appname..... you can find the name details by simply dragging any app to app info)
You can uninstall camera go as well via adbshell

I have this same issue since the release of the first PE11+ stable build, but searching on Google I couldn't find a fix. It's really annoying.

hi, i encounter bootloop with my phone. update PE11+ a week ago. My phone will restart once I unplug the charger. only work if i keep my phone charge. once the batt full and stop charging it will restart again and loop. i can only see the poco logo. Is it software or hardware problem? already try clean install but no luck.

I got same issue. It's starts after update from A9 to A11+. Smartphone heats up in games and battery drains faster.

You can use NGK kernel, it will fix the issue 😉
I've done some testing, with ngk 2.2 gcam HDR+ works correctly and doesn't stuck.
However with newest 2.3 it doesn't work.
Same with etude that came with the latest build.
    Reverting to May's build helps.
if you flash 2.3 ngk kernels on Mays build camera HDR+ will stuck.

It seems to be something with the latest streamline in both built-in etude and ngk kernels that affects the HDR+ processing.

In the last update on June 22, 2021, auto brightness has become worse. If it works very well on the street, then the screen is dark in the house, in the curtain you have to add brightness.

After the latest update GCam does not work. It hangs on Processing HDR+. I've tried v7.3 and v8.1, from different mooders, but the result is the same.

Can I install pixel rom again on my device .....it is already on pixel rom.....please some one tell me how to do it...??
If you want to install Pixel Experience, please take a minute and read OP #2 about installation. This is the first thing to do if you want to flash something in ur device. Everything is in front of your eyes, first read OP then do a question. I wrote the guide to make things a bit easier for everyone but none seems to be reading this.

After 2 years, my battery was at around 60% of its original capacity. But it is a fact that after the OTA update, battery drain increased heavily. Just because you and the team don't face that problem, it doesn't mean that all the other people with problems are lying. However, my battery problem was fixed after a replacement and a clean flash.

To be clear, I'm not blaming the devs here. They clearly recommend a clean flash, and most people come to complain after a dirty flash, including me, so I apologise for that, but the least you could do is acknowledge the issue.

With my battery problem issue, I believe the fault was mine as well, because I updated straight from April build to June build through OTA. I always update using OTA, but still, I'd appreciate it if you could link me your dirty flash guide.
Hello and sorry for my late response,

I am not saying that you lying.
Battery drain depends on many things and mostly is caused by the end of user. For example if you are using magisk modules, modded apps, bad wakelocks, if the battery is old and what use you are doing, etc.

We cannot know exactly what causing your drain. You didn't provided any graph of ur usage or something. We don't experience any huge drain and the SOT we get with normal use is around ~9hours+ and my battery is also 2.5 years old.

Ofc you don't have to clean install everytime on every new update, unless the dev announce it for a specific reason.
I have to clean install for months and I am switching between stable and test builds with my dirty flash guide and sometimes via OTA without any issue.

I recommend you to check the Dirty Flash Guide, Battery Guide and monitor your device with BetterBattaryStats app which can be find at Useful Apps section on my POCO F1 Ultimate Collection & Guides thread. You can find everything you need there.

If you still have issues even after July update which coming soon, please provide battery graphs, battery stats-wakelocks and tell us if you are using any module or something modded like modded apps - launcher for example, etc.

Why there's no face unlock and status bar customizations and also an option to hide full screen gesture bar as well and make all app fullscreen?? Request to add those in the next build, thanks and I appreciate the efforts you devs putting into this device. Thank you again have a great life ahead and god bless you.
I recommend use the Fullscreen/Immersive Gestures Magisk module for fullscreen apps.
