Not sure if you want to keep your phone encrypted/decrypted. In any case, Pitch Black Recovery is your guy. Allows to enable/disable dm-verity at each flash via a simple checkbox.
Thanks
I don't really care about encryption
I just wanna be able to boot to the newly installed ROM when TWRP asks for dm-verity write permission
I don't know what I should do when that message pops up

I had shifted to this custom ROM from May build and I'm facing it since then...
I haven't signed for beta program for the Google phone app.
However, I'll try to clean flash once July build is released and then update the same.
Update after clean flash of July build...
This issue still persists...
While in VoLTE call and Wi-Fi is connected, call disconnects while the call shows connected from my end. Even if I hang up it shows connected and microphone access shows in status bar.
Screenshot_20210729-224450_Phone~2.png

Only clears after restarting the phone.

Note: Wi-Fi calling in turned off

When the device is in my pocket it's constantly shot vibrating. Even though the sensors are covered it recognize double taping on the display and lighting up the display. Very annoying!
And something else: I was abroad for two weeks during my holiday and I haven't internet all the time. It seems like the roaming is working but not in fact. I tried everything I can like restarting, choosing manually all the different networks, spoke with my mobile operator....and finally nothing. Very very annoying!

In PE plus version you have the option to prevent accidental wake-up in display settings which is similar to pocket mode and it checks the proximity sensor before waking up the screen, and this feature is absolutely fine here. And for Mobile data in roaming I'm not sure about it.

I love this rom so much that I have to ask:

WIll Android 12 development just continue naturally, will yo uguys be doing it?

For the first time I have access to this and it's just perfect for my needs.

How does it work when we get close to new version?

Thanks for everything again.

Is anyone else facing a heating issue in the latest build of PE Plus (July)? Like while charging or while playing any game (not heavy duty games like PUBG, I'm talking about smaller games like Sudoku). I just recently shifted to PE Plus. Were the earlier versions also having this heating issue?

All my gallery apps aren't able to access any media, something wrong with media storage app maybe? Can't clear the cache also. I can only see the photos by exploring the folder. No scanning of files.

Hi. I flashed Plus ROM (android 11) over my MIUI 12 (android 10) following the instructions in the header. Now I have google logo with boot animation for like 20 minutes. What might be the problem?

Hey guys! I've been having issues with Telegram bubbles in the latest July build, and previous ones too. Does anyone have problems like these.

The Google Play services is not updating. It's still at version 21.24.18. Because it's this some apps can't be updated. Tried clearing data, uninstalling Google Play services but it's again installing 21.24.18.
Tried manually updating it to the latest 21.26.20 apk, but after this Google apps like maps are crashing.
Ironically, I have 2 other devices running pixel experience 11(OnePlus 3 and Redmi 6 Pro) and both of them have latest Google Play sevices 21.26.20, only the poco F1 has this issue. Anyone else facing this?

Yeah notice that. First I cannot search new app. There will be an error of DF-DFERH-01. Rollback to original state the google play store can be use back. Then when google auto update my play store the error come back. Try manually to update playstore and google service by deleting update and let it reinstall automatically no dice. Updating it manually via apk also no dice. Something wrong with the google play service.

    August build is up.
    Changelog
    3
There is a rootkit in the latest build.

Sometimes during the day camera goes ON.
    Memory consumption goes 400-500MB UP.
    Battery usage goes HI.
That lasts for about 5 to 10 minutes.

My apps are strongly controlled and their permissions are super tight. Tried to pinpoint the anomaly to an app but could not. What is left is that there is a Spyware incorporated in the build during the production or during the deployment process.
Seems you are pretty sure about it. It's better to show proofs while talking about spyware in the ROM because you scare users and you defame the developer. Provide logs if it's possible while this happening. I never had an issue like this.
Do you use Magisk? Modules? Any weird app? Maybe Face Unlock?
    3
Hi folks, Safety net getting failed ( CTS profile ) in Aug build. In play store also saying Device Not Certified. Clean flashed, no magisk, no tweak.. Anyone else facing same issue?
    You aren't alone
We have to wait. Apparently Play store certification is one thing, CTS profile is another thing - it fails in my case too.
    They're both related.

If you guys want to fix that you need to use XPrivacyLua (Magisk and Xposed required)

    1. First, go to Magisk and install the Riru Module. Once the installation succeeds, come back to the modules page. Do not reboot yet!
    2. Next, install the LSPosed Module. Once that installs successfully, reboot your phone. This is important! Do not reboot in the first step.
    3. Once the phone reboots, you will see a new LSPosed app installed on your phone.
    4. Now, you need to install XPrivacyLua from the Xposed repo or GitHub. Once that installs, go to the LSPosed app and go to Modules.
    5. There, choose the XPrivacyLua and make sure that you “Enable Module.” Initially, make sure “System Framework” and “Settings Storage” options are checked.
    6. Now, go to the top right and tap on the three-dot menu. Select “Hide” and uncheck the “System Apps.”
    7. So now, you need to scroll down and find Google Play Services among all the apps. Just Check that. Now Reboot your phone again.
    8. Now when your phone reboots, you need to go back to the LSPosed app and ensure that there are three options checked in the XPrivacyLua module. There are – “System Framework,” “Settings Storage,” and “Google Play Services.”
    9. Once that is all right, close LSPosed, and there will be another app installed on your phone named “XPrivacyLua.” Open that. Click “I Agree.” (You may need to activate resource hooks in LSPosed settings and reboot twice before the module load correctly the first time)
    10. Here, find Google Play Services and tap on that. Now, you need to check only one option there. And that’s “Use Tracking.” That should be the last option there.
    11. Finally, Clear all the data and cache of Google Play Store as well as Google Play Services. Also enable MagiskHide.
    12. And now do a final reboot!

      (Source : https://droidholic.com/fix-safetynet-failed-cts-profile-false/ )
Tested by me, working just fine. SafetyNet pass and device is certified now.

I DONT KNOW WHETHER I HAVE TO SHARE THIS OR NOT BUT, HERE I AM

I'M IN LOVE WITH PIXEL EXPERIENCE PLUS but saw these things:

    1. Turning off notch gives a bad notification draw response(maybe bad display repair causing this).
    2. Some weird animation timings for eg. when app installation gets completed, popup still remains for installing the program.
    3. GBoard goes down suddenly when I type(maybe this is also happening because of display repair).

    CONCLUSION
It's good to be back in ROOTING BUSINESS and It's more fun with pixel rather than MIUI.
    2
Yes, old battery was causing this weird problem. Got it fixed today. Thanks for helping guys. Also thank you devs. PE+ is op ❤️

Why there's no face unlock and status bar customizations and also an option to hide full screen gesture bar as well and make all app fullscreen?? Request to add those in the next build, thanks and I appreciate the efforts you devs putting into this device. Thank you again have a great life ahead and god bless you.
I recommend use the Fullscreen/Immersive Gestures Magisk module for fullscreen apps.
