I think double tap to turn off the screen is not working with the pixel launcher (even if I have the togle activated on settings).

Anyone has the same problem?

Hey, I'm using this rom second day and it's really great but have some question maybe someone can help me with it.

1) Can you hide bottom bar of gboard somehow? I can't fide any option related to it.

2) I can't download netflix from app store but it's working if i download an apk. Is there a chance to download this somehow from google play?
3) Can you somehow customize app drawer?
4) Can you somehow hide google search bar on home page?
5) For now last question can you change messenger notification to show number of messages instead of colorful circle?

concerning your first question you can use magisk mods: 'G-visual mod' or 'Fullscreen immersive gestures'
question 3 and 4 is easily solved with a third party launcher, i'm using nova

These ROMs don't force encryption by default I guess that's why you could switch fine.
So to answer your question, yes formatting data is needed to come to PE or to any other ROM which force encryption by default.

Hey, which music app do you guys use? Im kinda suprised there is no gallery and no music app in this. Had to download 3rd party music app from appstore which is full of ads...
Youtube music is crap (barely works with offline music files (mp3s) on local storage). Especially if you have bad internet connection cause it FORCES you to download thumbnails/videos. Turning off mobile data doesnt even help. Listing all music takes a minute or more. Switching songs takes between 3-10 seconds! Can't believe 2021 google app is this bad xd
Compared to Google Music or whatever it was named before, its un-usable.. What do you guys use?

The ROM comes with Google Photos, since it's PE. You have the flexibility to use the music app you like.
You can use Simple Gallery Pro (F-droid version if you want it free) as alternative to Google Photos and Vinyl Music Player as simple music player.

Yeah, google photos is fine. Especially with the cloud storage you get with it. But I think its weird sometimes and it sometimes wont show new photos. But yea, google problem.
The music experience was horrid to say the least, but thats not the ROM's fault either. The ROM itself is lovely and I've been using it for half a year now (or longer, time goes fast) without any issues.

I will give Vinyl music a look, thanks a lot, really appreciate it.

On the topic of this rom, thank you. This rom gave new life to my poco that was killed via OTA by Xiamoi themselves. It used to be super fast, but after a few OTA's the performance became unbelievably bad. Same thing happened to my family members phone (Even after factory reset).
Flashed this rom and it's as good as new. Won't be switching phone any time soon. So yeah, THANK YOU!

Hello,

I've been experiencing issues with the flashlight since the September update; anytime I try to use the flashlight, it says *Camera in use*. I've tried turning sensors on and off, and I've even upgraded to the October version in the hopes that it will fix it, but no success so far. Moreover, even when I open the camera, there is no flashlight icon in any of the applications (G-cam, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, etc.) Is anyone else having this problem?

1. Go to settings > system > gestures > system navigation > option > gesture navigation > off
2. I can download Netflix directly from AppStore
3, 4, 5. Idk about that, I am using Niagara launce

Have you done both of these?
1. Hide the magisk app in the magisk settings
2. WIthin magisk, in the 'magisk hide' menu, select the axis bank app

I've found all my complaining bank apps work after that

Try uninstalling magisk. Enable and get the banking app to work and then reinstall magisk. Do the renaming of magisk and hiding the banking app as first step and then try opening the same. In few other banking apps where I have seen this issue, these steps have worked for me. Cheers.
