Awesome ROM love the feeling and customization was wondering if it would be possible in a future update to include dc-dimming, music visualize on navigation bar and more options for customization for QS and Status Bar icons like individual colors and Icon shapes. Other than that I'm really enjoying your ROM. Thanks for your work.
This ROM doesn't have dc-dimming?

I couldn't locate it. I saw a video on YouTube of a review DOtoS 5.1 ROM on OnePlus 6 series and it has the feature. I have a OnePlus 7T Pro and it doesn't show as it is on the video.
Just installed this ROM, if you go into settings>display>livedisplay there's an option there called "anti flicker", I'm 99% sure that this is DC Dimming.

I wasn't sure when I saw the antiflicker if it's the same as dc-dimming but I had it on just in case, on the video there are some other features on that's not on the hotdog DOtoS ROM. Maybe they'll be available for next build anyway I'm really happy with this ROM.

Continuing on the theme of audio issues, speaker output can be quiet, sometimes when making a call on telegram, the call is so quiet, and I can only fix it by restarting my phone. I had the same issue with LineageOS, so whether this is an issue with the OOS firmware, I've no idea.

This might be a bit of a noob question but anyone know how to install Gapps on the vanilla version? I just want the minimal amount of Google apps. If I can just get Micro G working that would be perfectt.

Hello everyone. I installed the ROM for my OnePlus 7T. I used the proper files for my device. Right now I'm having issues unlocking the phone with fingerprint. Yesterday was working ok and now it is not. I've tried the solutions mentioned in the thread but no luck. I took a logcat, I hope it helps solve the issue. Thank you.

Hi I experienced the same thing to resolve at least what worked for me was I went to settings>customization>FOD icons chose another icon and was able to unlock, and then I just chose the original I had it's working fine now.
Hi. I made a full reinstall. I figured that the background light for the sensor was yellow before and now i left it default the first option which is blue. So far this is a solid Rom. Im very happy with this one. I will keep testing. So far I restored all my apps. Rooted, installed gcam mod latest version of Arnova. Thank you debelopers!

Hello. I installed the OnePlus 7T version update with gapps via lineage OS recovery. After reboot, I rooted the phone with Magisk. Everything went well so far. The only observation so far is that I can't connect to the 5Ghz network of my router, only the 2.4Ghz. Any ideas?.

I thought on clearing cache after installing the update. But the recovery doesn't provide the option, only factory reset.

Thank you for the great job

Hi, I flashed DotOs rom and it's fantastic.

However, I'm unable to connect my phone to my windows 10 laptop. I installed OnePlus drivers on it.

'USB controlled by' option is not changing to Connected device.

Also, I'm not able to connect memory card via adapter (it was working on oxygen os 11).

Can someone please help me on this. I've gone through the entire threads but didn't find anyone having this problem.

Sounds like you need to clean lint out of the USB C port on your phone.

Sometimes you have to be really thorough, I cleaned mine out the other week, and I was sat there with a tooth pick for a good 20 minutes or so. Using a torch or something to look into the port, if you can't see the silver metal at the bottom of the port, then it's covered in lint.
Able to connect to laptop in PTP mode. But File transfer is not working.

Like you said, I'll try removing the lint.

Thanks very much once again.

    Before u switch
    1: No OOS camera
2: OnePlus gaming mode is too good

    FYI: Try derpfest
I spoke with the developer and they have said that they're trying to include oos cam in the new build whenever it releases.
