Do you remember if there was any information beside this error1? First of all check checksum if they are correct, maybe there was problem with downloading.

GPS dont work . You cant get a dirty flash rollback . Clean flash. Erase data, this Is the way.

successfully dirty flash Evo 5.3 from 4.7, No issues at all. Fingerprint & GPS works smoothly

Had to flash the oem rom and then reflash the 5.3 without copying any settings and set as new. Now works fine !
