it boots into bootloader, but unable to unlock it
Try to flash direclty
Sending 'boot' (32768 KB) OKAY [ 0.813s]
Writing 'boot' FAILED (remote: 'not allowed in locked state')
fastboot: error: Command failed

it seems it locked it somehow

Your bootloader is locked, and therefore you can't flash images using fastboot commands. To unlock your bootloader, you need to boot your phone and enable developer options and enable ADB debugging from the settings app. To un-bootloop your phone, you need an unlocked bootloader to flash images. See the issue here?

It's a catch-22 situation, similar to being locked out of your house but you left your keys indoors.

Luckily, there's a solution for this, just follow the instructions for locked bootloader at https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...os_11-3_a-12-eu-dn2103-unbrick-guide.4366985/

Grab a spare USB drive, it's a somewhat involved process.

After clean wipe and installing the rom,
The camera and fingerprint both are not recognized.
Bluetooth and wifi are working fine.
How do i fix the camera and fingerprint?

Can someone provide a backup for EU ROM. In this thread there is only A.12 for other region...

You need to find your own persist image from a backup. If you made a TWRP backup, it is called persist_image.emmc.win and you can flash it to your phone using command "fastboot flash persist persist_image.emmc.win".

This is a common issue when restoring a TWRP backup, for some reason, TWRP does not flash back the persist image properly so you simply need to flash it manually.

If you did not make a backup of your persist image, or have lost it, then I'm afraid that to the best of my knowledge, your device will never have a functioning fingerprint+camera again as the calibration data in your persist image is unique to every device. Your only option at that point would be to RMA your phone.

Friends one correction in installion tutorial when we boot to flash twrp first install the rom and then format data.
Some users has been reporting when they wipe Data first they can't able to acesss there internal storage.

Hey, I'm still on stock rom version 07. I already flashed vbmeta, have an unlocked bootloader, and TWRP. Can I install this ROM? Or should I update to version 15 first? What is the easiest way to do that?
Edit: nvm, flashed regardless, and ROM booted fine. Wifi and Bluetooth are not working though.
Edit 2: restoring original boot.img fixed Wifi and Bluetooth.

flashed, but everything is working except for wifi, i saw another guy that had the same problem but it didn't end well, so what should i flash to restore wifi? In order what i did was flashing vbmeta and twrp from twrp thread, then i wiped data and clean flashed the rom.

Flash Boot img of stock rom that u r using when u updated to elixir it must be A15

I had A16, updated just this morning, but i don't have the boot.img of the oxygenos, can you link to me.

Edit: i flashed the boot.img of the A15, after a very long bootup it booted, but still the wifi doesn't work, everything else work just fine.
