What would go won't if I'm not on A15 (but A7), and use its boot image? Because so far I don't notice anything broken yet.
I have flashed this ROM in TWRP and then flashed stock vendor.img from A.16 using fastboot and now I have working WiFi/Bluetooth and everything else appears to be working correctly. The default display looks a little weird on the Nord 2, everything is huge by default.
Booting now takes 5 mins+ each time however, is this normal? How can I fix this please?

I went from A.16 but I got this ROM to work with the vendor img from either A.15 or A.16. I'm on EU varient
i got the same issue now with elixer. i even had it with lineagos19. i had to go back to stockA15 because of broken storage in trwp
Android 12 doesn't support encryption on twrp so u. Ant able to access internal storage in twrp but elixer rom already decryted so I didn't face such issue u told I am able to access internal

NOTE: Please keep in mind that these are Gapps Builds and there is no vanilla build of this rom available.
NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.

You need to find your own persist image from a backup. If you made a TWRP backup, it is called persist_image.emmc.win and you can flash it to your phone using command "fastboot flash persist persist_image.emmc.win".
This is a common issue when restoring a TWRP backup, for some reason, TWRP does not flash back the persist image properly so you simply need to flash it manually.
If you did not make a backup of your persist image, or have lost it, then I'm afraid that to the best of my knowledge, your device will never have a functioning fingerprint+camera again as the calibration data in your persist image is unique to every device. Your only option at that point would be to RMA your phone.1
