dude could you install twrp 3.7 again after flashing rom? or are you running the in-built cr recovery?
What TWRP version? Is Evolution X on A11? Any E-X version not discontinued?
3.7 is not instructioned to flash with any but a stock MIUI ROM per my attempts and the ... well... TWRP install instructions.
"NOTE: You can flash this recovery on A12 miui stock but don't flash on A12 custom roms and xiaomi.eu. Custom roms come with own recovery and xiaomi.eu is just incompatible with twrp flashing .
You can flash magisk on custom A12,A13,xiaomi.eu with this recovery by booting in the recovery with command:
fastboot boot twrp.img"
No it's discontinued alright. I'm on Evo X 7.2 running A13. I have twrp 3.7.0 (JabiYeff) installed that supports decryption. So, I took a twrp backup of this rom the other day and now looking to try out crdroid.

I have crD9.1 on both my devices and I like it a lot.
Can flash Magisk but I am staying on the red crD recovery on both for now.Back then I could, now it's broken so I just sideload magisk and forget about it.
I'm guessing you're now on cr9.1 and twrp 3.7 worked fine on cr9.0? is that correct?
will android auto be fixed , does not work on my car 2019 seat arona,

Installed crDroid 9.2 update today on spes.
(same on RN10P sweet with crDroid 9.2 update) After Magisk sideloaded, the Attestation testing is temporarily fine. However, further testing (a few more attestation presses) and see "Google Play Services API error 16: CANCELLED". Retesting, now a persistent failure on "CTS profile match."
However, a hidden banking app still logs in and works OK.

Is the latest release stable enough for a daily driver? If not, which one would you recommend? I am getting tired of MIUI.
Yes, I would agree. I had a serious and repetetive issue with File Transfer. Is visible, mounts, and allows the beginning of file transfer... then it just "stops" allowing any data from transferring. I was not using USB Debugging, but that is not required. For it to just "go to sleep" during file transfer again and again is disturbing. I ended up removing the SD card and mounting it directly in the PC and easily transfer files both ways. Now to be fair, I was sending the entire contents of the card, which was about 22 gigs when the condition occurred repeatedly. If you have small files and folders it should not be a problem... probably. I did not bother retesting with USB Debugging due to my slightly PO'd disposition at the time!, but your mileage may vary. I like the Elite ROM's but I am not very confident on those current releases at the moment.

twrp 255 error after feb update
After the feb update I found that I could no longer backup crdroid with twrp as it gave a 255 error (I fastboot twrp btw it isn't installed). Investigating the log file I found the following:
Error adding file '/data/fonts/files/~~8Y57xG8ELUcRp0g25Mr6Dw==/NotoColorEmoji.ttf' to '/external_sd/TWRP/BACKUPS/bee3f863/2023-03-04-crdroid/data.f2fs.win003'
I moved this file to somewhere that wasn't going to be backed up (movies) and then tried again and the backup succeeded.
I have no idea why it can't backup this file, but it failed three times so it obviously can't, if you have a similar problem you know what to look out for (you need a root file manager to move the file, possibly twrp could do it but I didn't try that). I don't believe I will ever have any use for this font file so I deleted it, but if you think you might need it I guess you will have to put it back where is was after the backup is complete. Btw I virus cheched it and it is clean.

Is Fast-Charging working natively on the latest version? Also, does this support Smart Charging on this device?
