Probably not. Three to do a clean flash. You can't use 12.1 recoveryI found 2.5 is not stable and power saving compared with 2.4, is there any way to downgrade to 2.4 and do not restore my data?
For some reason it's pretty hard to get an answer with the TMobile 5G variant which makes me think probably notHey just want to double check. This ROM will work with a 7t pro McLaren TMobile as well? Not only the normal 7t pro.
I use it for my daily driver since it first came out, and it's stable, never have any problem. Sometimes the status bar or navigation may get bugged and become unresponsive but it can be easily fixed by restarting the system ui through the power option.I'm currently on Derpfest A12, has anyone been using derp and recently moved to KOSP, if so, how would you compare KOSP to derp, which is better in which area or worse for that matter?
I'd like someone's opinion from experience as this phone is my daily driver and flashing different ROMs and backing stuff up (I'm not rooted) is quite the hassle to do on a regular basis.
Appreciate your inputs.
Coming from OOS11, im having trouble with crashdump error and this one really works! Thank you againFound a convenient fix for crashdump mode after flashing custom roms.
Seems like A/B partitioning causes issues as described by LineageOS:
Install LineageOS on hotdog | LineageOS Wiki
wiki.lineageos.org
Download the copy-partitions'''''.zip and sideload it via ADB, it copies the data of the active partitions to the inactive partitions.
Boots like a charm
Is anyone using this ROM having issues with Android Auto and MirrorLink not working anymore?
I was using Derp A12 and it was working fine, when I flashed this ROM Android Auto stopped working.
Is there a fix I could do?
Was just wondering if you had any chance to try out Android Auto with this ROM?I use it for my daily driver since it first came out, and it's stable, never have any problem. Sometimes the status bar or navigation may get bugged and become unresponsive but it can be easily fixed by restarting the system ui through the power option.
