I did use adb sideload how am I supposed to use twrp and it doesn't work and stick on main screen because touch is not working? Can you please elaborate from start? I have nearly bricked my device

Use lineageOs recovery, join our support grp there you will get lineageOS recovery, but that u can sideload properly and flash the ROM.

Suppirt grp link is in post check and join.

No support for earpiece during call. Only speaker mode. Can't turn off it also.

EDIT : your above solution solved both problems of not detecting headhone jack in 3.5mm port and call speaker issue
I was thinking about switching to stock because of them but not anymore.

Any possible way to fix it now by flashing kernel from other ROMs?
(Not sure about what custom kernels we've already have)
Similar situation about notification and quick setting happened on cherish 4.5 of Redmi K20 before.
The guy fix it by flashing other kernel.
