I was facing the same from last few months but today i managed to fix that.
My Bluetooth/wifi isn't working because of some motherboard related issue that's why bluetooth was always force closing resulting is some wakelocks that was preventing the phone from going into deep sleep.
Today i managed to fix that & yeah deep sleep is working fine in this ROM.
i'll suggest u to install BBS & check for wakelocks that are keeping device awake.

Edit thermal-engine.conf located in vendor/etc/the file should be there. open it and increase the amount thresholds under [BATTERY_CHARGING_CTL] to 46000 48000 50000 or higher and reboot. It may fix charge rate. *for me it does **match with my ss below
