After flashing latest fbe version of rom my internal storage got encrypted and system is rebooting into twrp. Is there any other zip/procedure which i should use to boot into system.

The data is encrypted, you need to format the data partition to mount it. If you are using lineageos-18.1/lineageos-19.1, you can use this twrp recovery which automatically decrypts and mounts data. Unfortunately, the twrp team did not finish the work on A13, so we need to wait further for an update. Until then, if you use lienageos-20.0, you'll need to format the data to mount the partition

sure. need to kang blobls and test from other devices. maybe not nokia, but xiaomi.
If you are interested, try replacing these blobs from other MSM8998 / sdm660 devices and give me feedback.
