Does anyone know how long it takes for microg lineageos to provide avicii builds as well? It's been empty for quite a while.

OTA updates

We ship OTA updates from upstream LineageOS twice a month. In this way you always receive new features and security updates just few days after they are released mainline.

Although I must admit I'm also getting a bit impatient. 😊

Hi,

I’m trying to upgrade from avicci LineageOS 17.1 to 20. After uploading the rom I get the error:
package is for product nord but expected oneplusnord

How should I proceed? Help will be much appreciated

You'll have to update your firmware first. Restore OOS from MSM tool and run all the OTA updates (3 or 4). After that flashing LOS will succeed.

For a daily driver, it's too good, butter smooth.but,if you're willing play games..this rom sucks with everything. Specially fullscreen & performance.
Still salute for developers..
Going back to OOS 11 again .

It is great ROM. Thanks to developer for hard work and time.
Battery life is amazing as compare to oos12.

One weird issue may be its only my device.
I reverted from rooted oos12 to 11 with msm.
Then updated and upgraded to OOS f.18.

Then I flashed lineages 20 which is great.

But on lock screen it shows "99% charging slowly" even when not charhing.

See the screenshot for ref. My battery is 33% and not charging but on lock screen it reports "99% charging slowly.

So, I was running LineageOS17 and followed the instructions with installing the new firmware before upgrading to 20. I must have screwed up somewhere along the way as I got stuck in the bootloader and found no other way out than to start over and follow the instructions; use the MSM4 tool to install OOS10, upgrade to 12 and then wipe and install LineageOS20.

So far so good. Everything seems to be working as it's supposed to. Until I finalized setting up the phone; for some reason it refuses to locate my Ikea Dirigera hub and two Heos units (2x Denon AVR). It worked perfectly before I started upgrading my phone. I tested with my work phone which has never been on the network previously and it found all 3 units immediately without an issue.

I'm confused. I am considering starting over (again) to see if it'll work with OOS12 installed, but it'll feel like a waste of time if it doesn't change anything.

Is there some fancy WLAN setting I might have missed on LineageOS20? Or should I try to manually install the WLAN firmware (modem.img?) again - and in which case which specific file/version should I use?
Just for the record if anyone is experiencing a similar issue (though I suspect it was a very localized thing); installing the latest OTA update solved my issue so now everything is just like before I updated (apart from the newer Android version :) ).

I initially did a dirty upgrade from unofficial 19 to official 20. The wifi didn't work and as someone mentioned in here, that I needed to install the official firmware.

I did this - https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/avicii/fw_update

But wifi still didn't work.

So I attempted to install stock OxygenOS but couldn't ever get it to boot. Anyone have directions on how to do this? I use linux (so no windows please).

I also formatted the drive and reinstalled official 20 again but wifi still doesn't work.

Hi @conzar
in order to fix this install OOS12 and flash LineageOS 20 on top of it using the steps mentioned in LineageOS wiki.

In order to revert to OOS use msm tool (following steps):
- Download the correct MSM tool for your device and region from here: » onepluscommunityserver Unbrick Tools
- Download and install Qualcomm EDL driver from here: » Mediafire Qualcomm driver
- Follow the steps in this XDA thread in exact order, it is also important to wait the correct amount of seconds etc., don't download the software from the XDA thread use the one downloaded earlier instead » XDA Restore your device to OxygenOS

Afterwards install OTA updates until you are greeted with OOS12, then install LineageOS.

Is there any way to to it without windows? I tried in a windows 10 VM but the MSM Tool didn't pick up the android device (even though I selected it in the USB Mount).

This is very frustrating as I was able to use the OnePlus Nord on several versions of LineageOS without any wifi issues.

Ok, whatever combination of stuff I did, eventually got Wifi working again! Or, I tried the latest nightly build so that might have done the trick too. Anyways, wifi is working

Other users were able to run MSM tool in a Windows 10 VM using VMWare Workstation Player.
