Still the problem brightness and black light is not resolved

You came from MM or Nougat, if you have from MM, try to update the firmware to Nougat

but i can tell you tha i was using crdroid with android n 7.1 before flashing this rom

I asking if you used MIUI 9 global before, but it's ok
Try to flash the latest MIUI 9 global rom, this is nougat one and came with nougat firmware, and them make a clean flash using vendor TWRP, I flashed with latest Pitch Black TWRP (2.7.3 I think)

thanks for replying i am download miui 9 :miui_HM4AGlobal_V9.2.6.0.NCCMIEK_3552ea4023_7.1.zip( if wrong plz provide the correct link)
and i'll flash this rom and try to install havoc again

i also downloaded and install the dot os but the same problems were there
and also please tell me the best recovery to use here and link

About recovery, you can use Pitch Black TWRP without problem, this recovery have vendor partition

Well, to explain it in easy way, vendor is a place where your device drivers, system application and libraries and other necessary things are placed.

In nougat and previous versions, it used to be in system partition, but in Oreo (probably due to project treble), it has a separate partition now...

OK, thanks you very much. So, if I use classic TWRP and not vendor version TWRP, Oreo can install, but different way, or...? I understand your answer, but I don´t know, what happened, when I use classic vs vendor twrp with Oreo flashing. Can it works with both, but install on different partition, or can´t use it or which cases can i use what. Thanks for patience with my questions.
