anyone facing issues with the camera? I'm using latest STOCK PAgapps, so it has replaced the camera app that came with CM12 nightlies.

My problem: when I turn on HDR, the camera app simply hang. I need to restart to get it to work. Same goes for lens blur mode.

HDR doesn't work properly on AOSP ROMs. It never did right from CM11. If you want HDR use third party camera apps.

I've been hearing that there's an issue with the color on the screen with this rom, has that been fixed?

Its a 50/50% that you might get the Green tint issue or if your lucky you won't. Some of us no longer have that issue and some still do. If ever you do have the green tint issue, just go to settings/Display & Lights/LiveDisplay/Color calibration and make all 3 lines to 50% and save & reboot. Hope that helps.

This cam app might help in a small way Open Camera

Good work on figuring that out dude, it sucks tho cos my screen looks crap without the colours tweaked :-/

Hopefully be fixed soon..

Edit: I noticed a few weeks ago that switching magnification gestures on does the same thing, it kills smoothness, even when you're not actually using it at the time. If it's switched on then scrolling etc is horrible.

I did notice the magnification gestures issue a couple builds back. But now on the 29th build it seems ok. No lag in anyway for my side.

Pretty much every nightly was very buggy for me. One time bluetooth wasnt working, next time everything was laggy and so on. I really appreciate the work of the cyano team. But even though its free, you do prefer a working system without major flaws. Especially since Android 5 has been out for months. I switched to JFLTE-GPE for now, which is giving the better Android 5 experience for now. At least for me.

tested 0329 build last night, not as smooth as expected, back to 0317 again.
but 0317 needs enable systemupdateservice to prevent wakelock.

That's the reason it's still a nightly and not a snap shot. I'm sure CM will squash the issues slowly and steadily for the most amazing android experience.

Nah cyandeltered it up from 27 i think it was.
Rebooted a couple of times and will keep an eye on it. Did it twice in 5 calls.

Ah ok, I know in CM 12.1 the dialer does not work yet so thought you may have come from that. I have made about 6/7 calls since flashing and no issues. Will keep an eye on it and report back if it does happen.

Update: Made approx 15 calls today, no issue with dialer.

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include <std_disclaimer.h>

    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you.
     *
     */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit our Gerrit Code Review. Your changelog is whatever was merged into gerrit.

    We have de-unified the Galaxy S4 line. Too many issues with having them all in one and a maintainer's nightmare. Look for jfltexx builds now as opposed to the jflte builds you previously used.

    Clearly wrote in OP

    This is not the place to talk about custom kernels, don't report bugs/errors if you use one.

    I know that me and @alucard_24 work together on our custom ROM but this is official CM.

    Original Alucard kernel isn't updated with new stuff, this means broken sensors etc. Only Alucard in our CM custom builds is updated for now (we had to test it, that's why you still don't have an update available)

    GPE system size is being fixed in upcoming build

    For those having a greenish screen on latest nightly:
    Go to Settings -> Display & LED -> LiveDisplay -> Color calibration and set all sliders to about 50% (I have red=50%, green=47%, blue=51%)
    Then press OK, switch off the screen (power button) and switch on again -> voilà, natural colors!
