Yes, network bug is there. Haven't tried camera since no camera app. Also I feel some lag in animations.

Pretty good ROM, there are even some rare extras like screen recording, 0.75x animations, 6 positions of clear recents button, DPI changing, etc but for example network speed meter missing.

I'm puting my bets on this rom for my Mi4 LTE. Minimal means minimal risk. But please embed mi4 LTE prefered network selector.
