Suffer problems of "com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly" and lost recovery after OTA

Any idea how to fix that?

You can flash TWRP from here https://twrp.me/

Hotlink: https://dl.twrp.me/togari/twrp-2.8.5.0-togari.img

And you can flash the su from here https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip

It CLEARLY says in the instructions to flash su file. READ!
I have the same issue though I didn't lose SU. Followed the instructions given and boots fine and such. However, the recovery was lost and installing using PC doesn't work either. Using NUT dualrecovery.

Will test later by adding in 1 more step of flashing recovery after all the steps given in OP.

Edit:

Same results. No recovery. Well guess my C6833 is fated to stay stock. T.T

You can install TWRP through progamm called "Rashr" - just download it from PlayMarket
