REMINDER

If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

How are the OTAs? Does the updater just download the entire next version for dirty flashing or is it a delta updater like incremental update?
It downloads the full zip. Were working on Deltas, still having issues getting them to build correctly, but they'll be around soon

Nice rom. Updater is bugged. Shows the same update every time after updating. And you should mention it forces encryption. Many people run unencrypted, including me, and my phone is encrypted now and now i must wipe everything now again. Just saying.

It's not supposed to force encryption, as it doesn't for me ....
