I m on openbeta 13. Got update to beta 14. Rooted. Twrp
Hi,
Ota is for stock recovery, for rooted phone you need rom full zip.
Update (aka dirty flash):
wipe cache and dalvik
flash rom
flash supersu
reboot system

clean flash (be carefull, you can lose twrp and root!):
wipe data, system, cache and dalvik
flash rom.zip
flash twrp.img
Reboot twrp
flash supersu
reboot system

that's the way I do, twrp blu_spark v27, supersu 2.79 sr3, openbeta14

If you want to Update your OOS via OTA using TWRP (from beta 14 to beta15 , or any other incremental ota update)....
1. Keep Full Rom zip of the existing ROM( say beta14)
2. Download OTA zip ( say beta15)
3. Open TWRP flash beta14 first than just after that flash ota zip (beta15)

thats it ...

Hi, I have a problem with the DM VERITY check when booting, despite flashing the Firmeware 4.0.2 and running the Fastboot command, the message comes back again and again. So far I have the message always so get away, with the OB 15 it comes again and again. Does anyone have a solution?

Sent from my OnePlus3 using XDA Labs

Solved the problem....
