IAM CURRENTLY ON STOCK 7.0 .can i use this modified twrp to directly flash ur specified rom.Sorry for the noob question:)Moreover does the unofficlal rom have bugs?
It's ok and yes you have to use that modified TWRP to flash that ROM. It does have one major bug, the rear camera does not work. You can use the front camera and everything else seems to work pretty good.

So my phone was working fine this morning and then about an hour later I went to use it and it just wouldn't turn on. I remembered last that I had about 80% battery left. So I tried to boot into recovery mode and my phone wouldn't do that. I plugged my phone in and the my notification light blinks. I've never seen this before. Usually when I plug my phone in the light stays solid on. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my phone to turn back on?

xt1572 does not reconize sim

I have a xt1752 2 sim. The 3 navigation keys on my phone do not work. But when using the ACIP rom, these three navigation keys work. However, the phone does not accept any sim cards. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Or anyone else keep the link rom version 6.0.1 ACIP? Thank you so much.

Does anyone have a mirror to this rom? The download link seems broken.

MM bootloader yes. Do not update to Nougat unless you want problems!! Consider this your warning.
And Oreo will never happen (shouldn't need to be stated...)
This rom is the best you'll get for the Moto X Pure.

(you cannot go back to MM if you update to N BL)..

Damn, just got into another bootloop after my phone died and I recharged I get the endless slight vibration at the AICP logo issue, and the phone never turns on.

Only way to fix this from my experience is to wipe/restore from a backup. (I've tried wiping cache, uninstalling magisk, booting into 'safe' mode..)

Does anybody else ever run into this or have any other ideas..?

Am have a same problem. Help me?

    Android Ice Cold Project

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

In the beginning we would like to thank:

    • Please report

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Marshmallow. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

    How to flash:

    • Don't do it if you don't know it
    • Full wipe, flash rom, flash gapps, boot
    • ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
    • To update to M, you must flash the M modem and perform a full wipe

Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions:
    • support for primary MultiROM ROM (includes kexec hardboot support)
    • Double Tap to Wake
    • Intelliactive governor available

To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

@Hashbang173: can we presume the AICP build development has stopped for good? Are you focusing totally on Pure Nexus project or you'll try to handle both (time permitting of course)? Thanks for all you're doing!
Still going to support AICP, just want to give an AOSP based alternative since it seems to run a lot smoother on this device. Some CM stuff causes lag.
New test build with audio and VoLTE changes

I also re-enabled the option to disable the battery charging led

DMservice force closes should now be fixed
