Installation instructions:

1. Backup whatever you have to, also do take a nandroid backup via recovery (Just in case)

2. Erase '/system', '/data', Cache and Dalvik Cache

3. Flash OwnROM

5. Flash desired root zip - if wanted

5. Flash Custom Kernel of your liking or keep stock

Please use LineAge Trebuchet Stock Launcher or Pixel Launcher instead of FREE Nova Launcher.
And VoLTE Icon on Statusbar would be helpful for all.

Just checked, stock kernel doesn't have EAS. It's just normal LOS kernel, so features info was probably copied from another device and that's why there's info about eas too.

The kernel in the ROM doesn't support EAS. I have edited the OP to reflect the same. The error is regretted.
