Thanks for the ROM.. Finally RR nougat for Mi Max.. Way to go..

I'm using the RR version published by @karthick mostwanted and VoLTE is working for me with this RR.. Hoping that RR 5.8 supports VoLTE soon so that I can start using it..

I wonder if voice calls and SMS work over CDMA. I couldn't make or receive calls on CM14.1 using China Telecom, other WCDMA and TD-SCDMA networks work fine though. No problems at all with RR 5.7.4.

really working good on my helium very fast&smooth ,the cores are set to 1804MHz by default and cores 7,8 can be activated normally but I noticed these bugs :
1- can't access sdcard1 tried cm f explorer and root explorer.
2- no icon for data on status bar but it's working fine.
3- google camera captures the video but the video is not saved photo is saved.
Hydrogen users please post some logcat zips for these bugs or others I miss.
Thanks @Dev For the ROM it's very solid as first build.

I've been testing it on helium, after removing first line in update script

Clean install (factory reset + wipe internal storage)

The big issue I had was no data connection.
I've installed @nijel8 RR data fix. When it booted, data still dont working. I go to sim settings, click on "carrier settings" and get a FC on com.android.phone. After it, i see how sim get automatic disable, and enable again, and suddenly data works fine xD
If i reboot the phone, i dont have data on boot and i have to go again to sim settings, and click on carrier settings to get the FC. Data comes again. Any idea to make this workaround permanent on boot?

Auto-rotate works fine

I've installed too @ajsmsg78 RR video fix, and video recording works great again.
I had also enabled all cores with kernel auditor

PD: I know this thread is about hydrogen, but i think we can use the same build at least as Nougat testing one. I think i can use this rom as daily with the mods of ajsmsg78 RR thread

Thanks so much to the Op for this wonderful ROM. The auto rotate does not seem to work on my Hydrogen. Anyone else has this problem?
