2 issues. Haptic feedback on gestures not working and gapps get wiped following the update instructions.
Just restart the phone and haptic feedback on fingerprint gestures will work.
If you are updating from a previous build of AOSCP (CypherOS) Beta, then only follow the update instructions. If GApps are getting wiped, flash it again.

Bro why are there two threads?
This one is for beta releases of AOSCP (CypherOS) from nougat-mr2 branch.
The other one is for the current stable builds of AOSCP (CypherOS) from nougat-mr1 branch.

Sorry to tell you this but I have enough common sense to reboot, even did a fresh install, haptic feed back DOES NOT WORK.
