Might give the brief install instructions in the OP:
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik, Data.
Flash CypherOS.
Reboot system if it does not automatically.

Oh, apology--I understand a little better now--all very fresh and new. Good job, keep up the great work.
Never mind my instructions--Google setup wizard crashed after installing OpenGapps Mini.

It behaved differently during this install--the first time, it rebooted automatically without exiting to TWRP and without installing OpenGapps Mini, and the phone booted to the launcher without any kind of setup wlhatsoever, so after system booted, I restarted and flashed OpenGapps Mini, which failed during Google setup.
Next time, at your suggestion, I flashed CypherOS and OpenGapps Pico, which worked just fine--there was no auto-reboot and they both flashed at the same time in TWRP, after which I manually rebooted.
This went to setup successfully, so I rebooted recovery, did a wipe of System, Data, Cache, Dalvik, and flashed both CypherOS and OpenGapps Mini again, at the same time, which this time was successful.
I manually rebooted from TWRP, and the CypherOS and Google setup worked properly. Must have been a one-time glitch.
At first glance, it looks to be working very nicely.
Thank you.
