This is our port of LineageOS 14.1 to the Lenovo K5 and Lenovo K5 Plus. .

LineageOS 14.1 for Lenovo K5, Lenovo K5 Plus
- At first install, wipe cache and data and system
- Install ROM
- Install Open GApps arm64 (tested with the pico version)
- ReBoot
When you're updating from a previous Lineage version:
- Install ROM update
- Wipe cache and Dalvik
- ReBoot

- Imported new sensors libs. Compass seems correct now, tested a VR app, it seemed to work fine. I tested auto brightness and it's responding as I wish, but I actually don't use the phone a lot so even with previous version I wasn't annoyed.
- Added l36 camera options
- Offline charger mode readded. Seems to work fine, but you'll tell me

You will eventually get a new version of CM14, but before that let me remind you of a few things. This post is not only related to CM14 but more about the K5 in general and it is also true for other devices
- @Shreps and I are doing this for fun
- We have a life could be a wife, and childrens, but this isn't your concern
- We have a work or it could be school
- We pay with our own money for the build server, but we don't ask you money in return (Hopefully otherwise the server would already been closed a long long time ago), we just expect that you respect us, and our work.
- We actually don't owe you anything, we are pleased that you are able to use the phone and like what we do with it.
Now regarding what you should understand and do
- Do not ask for ETA, it will come when we have time
- Each time you have an issue say which version of the phone you have (A6020a46 for example) and which version of the ROM (I mean the release date) you are running. I know it's hard for most of you to do that, but please please. And please do this each time you find an issue, we don't keep track of who as which version. I'd like to know you all that well but this won't be possible right now.
- Be clear and tell use how to reproduce the issue. Unless it's an obvious bug.
- Provide logcat and dmesg right after running into the problem. if you can't please do previous point
That said, you are all welcome to contribute, or build your own version and help us to.
