I hope there is an update to fix Hotspot and some graphic performance

Unlocked my redmi 5 Bootloader (7 months old) yesterday and flashed TWRP. Using ADB
No SuperSU Or Magisk.
Installed the Pixel experience ROM. (Pie)
No bugs except FP delay.
But the speaker output was damn low. Also the earphone jack was playing less sound in the left.
I Thought this might be the issue with rom so i flashed RR (Oreo)
Same sound related issues with that. I thought my hardware is damaged so used mi flash tool to flash the official stock rom and relocked the bootloader.
But in the stock rom (MIUI 9.4) The audio output is perfect from speaker as well as earphones.
So what u guys think was an issue here. Any fix for it????

Try pe pie or flash another kernel like thunder storm v1.1
I had flashed the pie rom, no sign of improvement

Got fix form tele group. Everything work fine unless speakers I will agree with you. So to slow n low
Installing the official one in PE9 has some issue with fingerprint. It's not detecting finger when setting it up. Is there anyone getting this as well? Should I wipe the system as well before flashing?

Yeah. Dont really need it so i didnt check. It seems i cant turn it on. But that is a minor stuff for me. Hope it gets fixed though.
Encountered Bugs using Latest PE (Pie)
Camera - "Can't connect to Camera" error when trying to take a video. Grainy shots in the dark. (Or just me)
Hotspot - not working
Fingerprint - can't do setup ( fixed mine by flashing thunderstorm kernel )
Update : Did system, data, dalvik and cache wipe then install. No need to flash thunderstorm kernel to fix Fingerprint. It seems that you have to tap twice or touch the sensor during the initial setup and it'll be triggered. Camera is still not working if taking a video. Hotspot still not working.

I can't root this mafaker. i tried everything still no luck or maybe i'm missing something. anyone who can give me hint to root this one
I think you should try the other recovery apart from official twrp to be able to install magisk. It's somewhere in the forum.
tried using batik and flashed magisk but still not showing in app drawer and not yet rooted when i checked root checker. still workin on the best rom for me to use for my daily driver
Yes Hotspot not working in PE Pie. But for the Oreo versions, hotspot are working
Did anyone experience random freeze at screen off? It happen to me and i have to long press power button to restart my phone, it happen at PE 8.1 and 9, also in miui 10 with 8.1
