Can I disable SIM 2 RR-N5.8.3 zuk z1 ?
Can I pick.which sim I can place the call from ?

Will Gaaps ARM 7.1 stock work with RR-N5.8.3 zuk z1 or have to download the nano?

No. Because cm/lineage removed that since older builds.
If its compulsorily needed, you can use stock cos or zui.
Regarding sim selection, Most probably Yes.
You can see if its allowed to choose default calling sim in settings >sim cards > preferred sim for calling. (slight variations may exist)

No. Because cm/lineage removed that since older builds.
If its compulsorily needed, you can use stock cos or zui.
Regarding sim selection, Most probably Yes.
You can see if its allowed to choose default calling sim in settings >sim cards > preferred sim for calling. (slight variations may exist)

Hy. From now all rom base of lineage will have the sim switch builds remove??

Most probably Yes,they will have sim on/off facility removed as per lineage os sources.
I don't know(not informed enough) if it can be integrated into rom by dev or not.

Tried to install the latest build but stuck at setup, is the latest gapps necessary or Feb gapps should work?

    -INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS-

    - Download the latest build
    - Download Gapps
    - Take a nandroid backup
    - Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
    - Flash Rom
    - Flash Gapps
    - Reboot.
    - Note : If you are unencrypted , you will need for format data otherwise rom wont boot since it forces encryption. Optionally flash no verity zip​

    -UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS-

    - Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
    - Take a nandroid backup
    - Flash ROM using recovery
    - Flash Gapps
    - Wipe cache
    - Wipe dalvik cache
    - Reboot
